Run B2C, B2B, and B2B2C from one platform

When you run several brands or business models, you shouldn't run several disconnected tools. Link every workspace under one organization — share CRM, templates and reports across brands, govern access centrally, and see the whole business in one consolidated view.

Travelers at the airport

Built for travel businesses that outgrew a single workspace

A retail brand, a wholesale desk and a white-label channel don't have to be three silos. Keep each one autonomous — and still run them as one organization.

  • One organization, many brands

Run B2C, B2B and B2B2C — or a portfolio of brands — as linked workspaces under one roof, each with its own team, inventory and identity.

  • Central governance, everywhere

Single sign-on, an enforced MFA policy, IP allow-listing and enterprise roles applied consistently across every workspace in the org.

  • Share the work, not the effort

Surface CRM, itinerary templates and reports across linked workspaces, so a great template or a key account isn't rebuilt brand by brand.

  • One bill, per unique user

Each person is billed a single time across the whole organization — never per workspace — even when they work across several brands.

What running as one organization gives you

Everything the Enterprise add-on unlocks, framed for a multi-segment operator — autonomy per brand, control across the org.

Linked workspaces

Group every brand and business unit under one enterprise, with cross-workspace access and a single active session per user.

Shared CRM

Expose companies and contacts read-only to sibling workspaces, so a corporate account known to your B2B desk is visible to the rest of the org.

Shared templates

Browse itinerary templates from sibling workspaces and import your own copy — your best trips become a starting point for every brand.

Consolidated reporting

Each workspace chooses what to share; enterprise admins see performance across every brand in one cross-organization view.

SSO & MFA policy

Single sign-on via SAML/OIDC and an org-wide MFA policy, so access follows one standard no matter which brand a user joins.

Access controls & audit

IP allow-listing, a workspace-creation lock and audit-log retention keep a growing organization tidy and accountable.

Enterprise roles

Owner, admin, billing, security and analyst roles, scoped across the organization rather than reinvented per workspace.

Central administration

Manage workspaces, members and billing from a single enterprise console instead of logging into each brand in turn.

Unique-user billing

Tiered pricing on unique billable users, counted once across all linked workspaces — no double-charging for shared staff.

Why enterprises consolidate on TripCreator

Running everything on one platform isn't just tidier — it changes what leadership can see and control.

  • One number for the whole business

Stop stitching brand spreadsheets together at quarter-end. Consolidated reporting rolls every workspace into a single cross-brand view.

  • Reuse your best work across brands

Shared templates and CRM mean a winning itinerary or a key account benefits the whole org, not just the team that created it.

  • Security that scales with you

Add a brand and it inherits your SSO, MFA and access policies from day one — governance doesn't get reinvented each time you grow.

  • Predictable, honest billing

One bill for the organization, priced on unique users, so shared staff are never counted twice and costs stay easy to reason about.

Multi-segment enterprise FAQ

Can each brand keep its own workspace, team and inventory?
Yes. Every brand or business unit stays in its own workspace with its own members, products and identity. Enterprise links them under one organization so you can govern and report centrally — it doesn't merge them into a single shared space.
What can be shared across our linked workspaces?
CRM companies and contacts (read-only), itinerary templates (browse and import your own copy), and reports (each workspace chooses what to share, and enterprise admins can view across workspaces). Sharing is opt-in per workspace, so each brand controls what it exposes.
How do we see performance across all our brands?
Enterprise admins get consolidated reporting — one cross-organization view that rolls up the reports each workspace shares, so leadership sees the whole business in one place instead of reconciling brand-by-brand exports.
How is a multi-segment enterprise billed?
Enterprise is a monthly add-on priced by tier on the number of unique billable users across all linked workspaces, and every person is counted only once even if they work across several brands — never per workspace. See the Enterprise add-on page for the current tiers.
How do we set it up?
Enterprise is set up by TripCreator — we link your workspaces and designate the Enterprise Owner workspace that carries the add-on, then configure governance with you. Talk to sales to get started.
