Plans, billing & subscription

How do I purchase a subscription to TripCreator?
After a platform demo you'll get a trial account that can be activated anytime from your Billing settings page.
Can team members be on different plans?
No — a subscription applies to the business account rather than to individual users.
How do I update my billing information?
Open account settings, select the Billing and subscription tab, then update your billing email, card details, and other information.
Where can I find my subscription invoices?
All subscription invoices are stored on the Billing and subscription page in your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in, go to Settings, then the Billing and subscription page, where you can cancel your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription temporarily?
A subscription can't be paused — you'd cancel it to stop. You can resubscribe anytime, but TripCreator isn't committed to keeping your content stored while the account is inactive.
Do I need a credit card to subscribe?
Yes. For annual plans with invoice payment, contact hello@tripcreator.com.
Is there a limit to how many itineraries I can create?
No — there are no limits on the number of itineraries.

Account, team & login

Can I invite my team to collaborate?
Yes — multiple team members can access your company's business account and collaborate on creating and delivering itineraries.
Is there a limit to team size?
No, there are no limits on team size.
Will content be lost if a user is removed?
No — content created by any user remains accessible to the account even after that user is removed.
What are the password requirements?
At least one letter, at least one digit, at least one special character, and 8+ characters.
How do I log in?
Go to www.tripcreator.com and sign in, or type your unique workspace address directly in your browser.

Itineraries, products & content

Does TripCreator provide travel content?
Yes — a pre-built library of points of interest, destination details, and accommodation, plus royalty-free images from Pixabay.
What are modules?
Reusable templates that bundle itinerary products together; insert a single module or combine several when building itineraries.
Can other users see my products?
No — your product inventory is private to you and your team.
Can I white-label my itineraries?
Yes — add your logo and brand colors under Branding, and mask your domain via your CNAME record.
Can I display different brands on my itineraries?
Yes — each brand has a dedicated itinerary appearance with its own logo, colors, and settings.
Is TripCreator available in other languages?
The platform UI is in English, but itineraries can be presented in various languages. Contact hello@tripcreator.com for specifics.

Sharing, embedding & tracking

How do I share an itinerary with a client?
Use the built-in email, copy the itinerary URL, or use the TripCreator mobile app. Itineraries also export to PDF, PowerPoint, and Word.
How can I embed an itinerary on my website?
On the URL tab, copy the iframe code and paste it into your site. (Not available on the Standard plan.)
Can I see if a client viewed the itinerary?
Yes — the Send options include a History tab with tracked opens and views, and a 'Viewed' column on your dashboard.
If I change an itinerary, do I need to resend the link?
No — the link always shows the most up-to-date version.
Can I disable itinerary access?
Yes — from the dashboard, open the itinerary's menu and choose to disable it.

Operations, invoicing & payments

Can customers pay me through TripCreator?
Yes — switch a proposal to booking mode and accept credit card, bank transfer, or check. Card gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Rapyd, and Teya.
Does TripCreator take commission on my payments?
No — TripCreator collects no commission or fees on payments you receive from customers.
What can I use the Operations system for?
Send supplier (booking) requests, track responses in one overview, generate vouchers, track and allocate participants, and track incoming invoices.
Can I store and import contacts?
Yes — the CRM stores contacts for use across TripCreator, contacts can be imported (Pro migration service), and exported as CSV.
How can I issue an invoice?
Add products with pricing to an itinerary to auto-populate, or build the invoice from scratch in the Pricing table, then send it.

How do I get started?
Book a live demo to get familiar with the platform, then get a trial account to explore on your own.
What support material is available?
Live chat, instructional articles, YouTube videos, live beginner webinars, and personalized training sessions.
What are the support hours?
General office hours are 6 AM to 6 PM UTC.
What migration options are there?
Pro and Enterprise plans can migrate product inventory and contacts. Contact support for templates and details.
Does TripCreator offer an API?
Yes — the API is included in the Pro plan.
