What Enterprise gives you

Linked workspaces

Group multiple workspaces under one enterprise, with cross-workspace access and a single active session per user.

Shared CRM

Make companies and contacts visible, read-only, across linked workspaces.

Shared templates

Browse itinerary templates from sibling workspaces and import your own copy.

Shared reports

Choose which reports to share; enterprise admins view performance across workspaces.

Governance & security

SSO (SAML/OIDC), MFA policy, IP allow-list, workspace-creation lock and audit retention.

Enterprise roles

Owner, admin, billing, security and analyst roles, scoped across the organization.

Central administration

Manage workspaces, members and billing from one enterprise console.

Unique-user billing

Tiered pricing on unique billable users — counted once across all linked workspaces.

Recently added: share across your workspaces

Enterprise was significantly expanded in 2026 with cross-workspace sharing, so linked workspaces can collaborate without duplicating work.

Shared CRM lets a workspace expose its companies and contacts, read-only, to its enterprise siblings. Shared itinerary templates let teams browse and import a copy of a sibling's template into their own workspace. And shared reporting lets each workspace choose exactly which reports to share, while enterprise admins view performance across the organization from one place.

Pricing

Enterprise is a monthly add-on — additive to your existing plans and carried by a single designated Enterprise Owner workspace.

Pricing is tiered on the number of unique billable users across all linked workspaces, and every person is counted only once even if they belong to several workspaces: 1–100 users $500 / month · 101–500 users $1,500 / month · 501+ users $5,000 / month.
