Overview

Connect your Travia travel-agent account and TripCreator turns every property you have a cooperation contract with into a first-class supplier. Live availability and per-night pricing flow into your planner and widgets, and reservations are created on your behalf when customers book. Before booking, TripCreator prices the exact rooms with Travia’s search-rates step and books with its reference, so Travia books at the rate it quoted, and you’re warned if that rate moved since you quoted. Cancellations go to Travia from the operations module, with the cancellation fee shown first.

Sync contracted properties as TripCreator suppliers (one click)
Sync each property’s rooms as products with occupancy, photos, amenities and check-in/out times
Live per-night availability and pricing in your booking widgets
Reservations created on your behalf — you are the merchant of record
Two-step cart→confirm booking anchored to Travia’s search-rates reference, with a warning if the rate moved

Setup

  1. Request a Travia API key

    Email Travia support for API access; register to obtain your working access key (shown once — store it safely).

  2. Pick live or staging

    Integrate against staging test inventory first, then switch to live. Keys are environment-specific.

  3. Validate + install

    Validate the key, pick the travel-agency identity TripCreator should book under, and install — a default mapping profile is seeded automatically.

  4. Sync your inventory

    Click “Sync now” to fetch every contracted property; properties land as suppliers and their rooms as products, with a sync log for any per-property failures.

  5. Drag rooms into itineraries

    Travia properties appear in the planner’s inventory picker under Integrations; drop one onto a day, pick rooms and occupancy, and live availability + per-night pricing surface in the cost overview.

Requirements

  • An active Travia travel-agent account with at least one cooperation contract
  • Your Travia API access key
  • A Travia travel-agent identity TripCreator should act on behalf of

Travia API Terms

Travia is the inventory + reservation marketplace; TripCreator acts as a client of your Travia account. Cooperation contracts with properties are managed in Travia; rate limits and cancellation penalties follow Travia's policies.
