Slack
Get website requests in Slack — take them and draft itineraries without leaving it.
Included
Overview
Connect your Slack workspace and every new request from your website request forms appears in a channel you choose — who asked, which tour, and exactly what they answered. Anyone on your team can press “I’ll take this one” and the request becomes theirs in TripCreator, with the message updating for everyone so nobody replies twice. With an AI app enabled you can also draft an itinerary from a request, or from a few sentences typed in Slack, and the link is posted back when it is ready. A draft is only ever a Draft — nothing is sent to a customer.
Setup
Connect to Slack
Press “Connect to Slack” in the App Store and approve TripCreator in Slack. The permissions are only for posting messages, listing channels and matching people by email.
Choose the channel
Pick the channel for new requests and press “Send test message”. For a private channel, invite the app with /invite @TripCreator.
Choose what it does
Three switches: post new requests, keep the message up to date and remind, and allow itinerary drafts.
Try it
Submit your own request form, press “I’ll take this one”, and type /tripcreator help in Slack to see everything it can do.
